Returns and Exchanges Policy

 

 

At Thriftupliftup, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our Returns and Exchanges policy below:


Returns


  1. Return Period

You may return any item at your own cost within 5 days of receiving your order. 


  1. Item condition

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and ultimately be in a resaleable condition. Please note that since our items are thrifted, they may show slight signs of wear, which will be noted in the item description.


  1. Non-Returnable items

The following items are non-returnable:


  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Intimate items like swim wear/ bras or lingerie


  1. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:


  1. Contact our customer support team at laurenapp@icloud.com or visit our Returns page to request a return authorization.

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item. 


  1. Return Shipping costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (PUDO/ The Courier Guy).


  1. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

 

 

  1. Exchanges


  1. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item following our return process, and place a new order for the desired item.


  1. Availability

If you are exchanging for a different item size or colour, please check the availability of the item before returning. Items in our thrift store are one-of-a-kind, so they may sell out quickly.


Additional Information


  • Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a description and photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide a solution, which may include a refund or store credit.
