How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select the items you want, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready, go to your cart and follow the checkout prompts.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to make changes. Please contact us immediately if you need assistance.

What shipping and delivery do you offer?
We offer PUDO locker to locker shipping or PUDO delivery straight to your door. PUDO (Pick Up Drop off) forms part of the reputable The Courier Guy. You can choose your preferred method based on your needs.

Orders typically ship within 2-5 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.

No, sadly we do not offer international shipping at this time.

What is your return policy?
As our items are preloved, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. We do suggest that customers make sure of measurements before buying, to ensure the item will fit them

Are your items new or used?
All items are pre-owned and thrifted. We inspect each item for quality and provide detailed descriptions, including sizing and any/ if imperfections.
How can I determine the size of an item?
Each item listed includes sizing information and measurements. We recommend checking these details to ensure suitability and best fit.
What should I do if an item arrives damaged?
We do our utmost to ensure that no items are sent out damaged. We do however miss things from time to time and we ask that you bear with us. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we’ll work to resolve the issue timeously.
